Pawsitter is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement governs your use of the app. The notes below summarise the parts people ask about most; where they differ, the EULA controls.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pawsitter on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or extract the app's artwork, audio or code.
Pawsitter offers optional one-time purchases: coin packs and a Starter Pack (consumable), and Pawsitter Plus (non-consumable). There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. All five homes are free and unlocked by playing — no purchase unlocks content.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Consumable coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are lost if you delete the app.
We cannot issue refunds — Apple is the merchant of record. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Progress lives only on your device. We keep no copy and cannot restore a lost save. Non-consumable purchases can always be restored from Settings ▸ Purchases ▸ Restore Purchases.
The app is provided "as is". We may update, change or withdraw it from the App Store at any time. Existing installs keep working.
